The firm

We set out to build more than a remodeling company.

Kyle and Kim Smith started North Dallas Renovations around three things: superior craftsmanship, a white-glove client experience, and personalized homes designed around each client's lifestyle and how they need the space to work. Since 2017 we have built a team of professionals who share those values.

A renovation can get messy. Ours runs with a dedicated project manager, a design consultant who handles selections with you, and daily updates with photos of the work.
